Startup Communications Support

For accelerators and incubators that want their founders to pitch with clarity, conviction, and a story investors remember.

Who it’s for

  • Accelerators and incubators preparing founders for Demo Day, investor meetings, or first fundraising conversations.

  • Programs that want to offer communications coaching as a core part of their value-add, not an afterthought.

  • Ecosystem builders looking for a trusted external partner who understands what investors listen for.

  • Portfolio support teams at VC firms seeking scalable narrative and pitch training for founders.

Expected outcomes

  • Founders who can articulate what they're building and why it matters in a way that generates investor excitement

  • Pitch decks with tighter messaging, stronger narrative flow, and slides that earn their place

  • Confident delivery on stage, on camera, and in the room, including handling tough Q&A

  • A messaging framework each founder can reuse across investor conversations, homepage copy, and media

  • A cohort that represents your program well when they're in front of the people who matter

How it works

I offer three partnership models. Each can be adapted to your program's structure, cohort size, and timeline.

Option 1: Cohort Workshop

A focused group session for your full cohort, designed to help every founder sharpen their pitch narrative before they get in front of investors.

  • Format: Half-day (4 hours) or full-day (7 hours), in-person in Berlin or virtual.

  • What happens: Founders work on their story structure, investor framing, and competitive positioning. We do live exercises, peer feedback, and real-time narrative refinement. They leave with a clearer pitch, not just theory.

  • Best for: Pre-Demo Day prep, early-program narrative foundations, or as a standalone intensive.

  • Investment structure: Booked and paid by the accelerator.

Option 2: Founder Office Hours

Dedicated 1:1 sessions where individual founders from your cohort book time with me to work on their specific communications challenge.

  • Format: Recurring blocks (e.g. one day per month, or a set number of sessions across the program), virtual or in-person

  • What happens: Each founder gets a focused session on what they need most: pitch deck review, investor Q&A prep, narrative clarity, homepage messaging, or founder story development. I adapt to their stage and situation.

  • Best for: Programs that want ongoing support across the cohort without a single fixed event

  • Who pays: The accelerator purchases a block of hours; founders sign up through the program

Option 3: Full Cohort Program

A structured communications track that runs alongside your accelerator program, combining group and individual work for maximum founder impact.

  • Format: Typically one group workshop + a set number of 1:1 sessions per founder + pitch deck messaging review, spread across your program timeline

  • What happens: We start with a group session to lay the narrative foundation. Then each founder gets individual sessions to refine their specific story and materials. I review pitch decks and provide written feedback. Optional: I attend Demo Day rehearsals and give final-round notes.

  • Best for: Programs that want to make communications coaching a core part of their value-add

  • Investment structure: Flat fee paid by the accelerator, scoped to cohort size and number of sessions.

Flexible by design: Founders can also work with me directly at a program-partner rate if your accelerator prefers to offer access rather than fund it centrally. I'm open to structuring this around what works for your program.

What founders walk away with

  • A pitch narrative that makes investors lean in, not just understand the product

  • A pitch deck where every slide earns its place and the story builds

  • Confidence in delivery, presence, and handling tough Q&A

  • A messaging framework they can reuse across investor conversations, homepage copy, funding announcements, and media

  • Clarity on how to communicate as a founder, not just what to say, but how to show up

  • Practical tools they keep using long after the program ends

Beyond the pitch

Investor narrative is where most founders need help first. But the communications challenges don't stop once the deck is ready.

As startups in your cohort grow, I also support founders on:

  • Funding announcements: messaging, timing, and media outreach that generate real momentum

  • Homepage and product messaging: clear positioning for customers, partners, and investors

  • Media preparation: interview coaching, talking points, and message discipline for press opportunities

  • Internal communications: how founders talk to their teams during hiring, pivots, and growth

  • Founder positioning: LinkedIn strategy, thought leadership, and building a public profile that supports the business.
